At East End T&F, we provide a supportive environment for young athletes to learn and grow in the sport of track and field. Our coaching staff is dedicated to helping each athlete develop their skills while fostering a love for the sport.

(Ages 3&4 years old)
Teaching young kids track and field can be an incredibly rewarding experience. It's a chance to introduce them to a sport that combines fun and fitness in a supportive environment. As they learn the basics of running, jumping, and throwing, children also develop important skills like teamwork, perseverance, and good sportsmanship. Watching their excitement as they set new personal records or master a new technique is truly heartwarming.
